摘要 为了提高现有高速永磁同步电机的空载反电动势,改善电机的电气性能。首先,分析了永磁同步电机空载反电动势与隔磁桥、永磁体厚度间的数学关系。其次,利用有限元仿真软件对隔磁桥尺寸及永磁体厚度进行了优化,得到了两者的最优解。最后,校验了优化后电机的机械强度。样机电气性能的优化为高速永磁同步电机系列化设计提供了有力参考。 In order to improve the noload CEMF and electric performance of the existing high-speed PMSM,the mathematical relationship between the noload CEMF and the thickness of magnetic separation bridge and permanent magnets of PMSM were analyzed firstly.Then,the dimensions of magnetic separation bridge and the thickness of permanent magnets were optimized by finite-element simulation software,and the optimal solutions of them were obtained.Finally,the mechanical strength of the optimized motor was verified.The optimization of electric performance of the propotype motor provides a powerful reference for serialization design of high-speed PMSM.
