摘要
杀鼠剂是食物中毒事件中常见的化学性致毒因子,采用色谱质谱联用技术确证食物中毒样品中杀鼠剂成分一直是公共卫生应急检测领域研究的重点。针对不同基质的样品采用适合的前处理方法是能否准确检出可疑杀鼠剂成分的关键环节。本文对色谱质谱联用技术检测杀鼠剂常用的提取净化方法研究进展进行了综述,主要包括液液萃取、固相萃取、QuEChERS等方法,系统阐述了各种前处理方法在检测食品类和生物类样品中杀鼠剂的应用情况。本文也探讨了不同提取净化方法对于杀鼠剂提取效率和质谱信号基质效应的影响情况,以及今后需要进一步研究的内容。
Rodenticide is a kind of common chemical toxic factors in food poisoning accidents. Quick confirming of rodenticides in poisoning samples with chromatography-mass spectrometry has always been a focus in the field of public health emergency detection. Appropriate extraction and purification methods for samples of different substrates are the key to accurately detect suspected rodenticide components. In this paper, the progress of extraction and purification methods for rodenticide detection by chromatography-mass spectrometry is reviewed, including liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, QuEChERS and the others related. The application of various pretreatment methods in the detection of rodenticides in food and biological samples is systematically described. The effects of different extraction and purification methods on the extraction efficiency of rodenticide and the matrix effect of mass spectrum signals, as well as the contents that need to be further studied in the future, are also discussed.
