摘要
目的评定对中风恢复期患者实施中医康复护理服务干预的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年3月聊城市茌平区中医医院收治的62例中风恢复期患者进行观察研究,采用随机抽签方式分为观察组和对照组各31例,观察组实施中医康复护理服务干预,对照组实施一般康复护理服务干预,统计两组开展康复护理服务前和开展康复护理服务90 d后肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分及神经功能受损程度评分。结果护理前,两组肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分、神经功能受损程度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理90 d后,观察组肢体功能评分、日常生活能力评分分别为(64.75±3.10)和(70.58±4.80)分,高于对照组的(50.20±4.28)和(61.50±5.23)分;观察组神经功能受损程度评分为(9.12±1.30)分,低于对照组的(11.50±2.35)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为中风恢复期患者实施中医康复护理干预,可有效改善患者肢体功能、提高日常生活能力,减轻神经功能受损情况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rehabilitation nursing intervention for stroke patients in recovery period.Methods A total of 62 stroke patients in convalescent stage treated in Chiping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected for observation and study.They were divided into observation group and control group by random lottery method,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with TCM rehabilitation nursing service intervention,and the control group was treated with general rehabilitation nursing service intervention.The scores of limb function,ability of daily living and neurological impairment were counted before and 90 days after rehabilitation nursing service.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in limb function score,ability of daily living score and neurological impairment score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 90 days of nursing,the limb function score and ability of daily living score of the observation group were(64.75±3.10)and(70.58±4.80)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group with(50.20±4.28)and(61.50±5.23)points;the score of neurological impairment in the observation group was(9.12±1.30)points,which was lower than that in the control group with(11.50±2.35)points,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM rehabilitation nursing intervention for stroke patients in recovery period could effectively improve the limb function and the ability of d aily living,and red uce the d amage of neurological function.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
