摘要
目的评价早期中医护理对脑梗死老年患者康复生活质量的提高和满意度.方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月期间在我院诊治的80例脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各组40例.对照组常规康复护理,干预组常规康复护理上实施早期中医护理,观察比较两组生活质量水平(QOL)、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)以及护理满意度.结果护理后,2组QOL评分、ADL评分均高于护理前,NIHSS均低于护理前,且干预组QOL评分、ADL评分均高于对照组,NIHSS低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度95.00%高于对照组77.00%(P<0.05).结论早期中医护理对脑梗死老年患者康复生活质量的提高有促进作用,同时获得更高的护理满意度,值得推广应用.
Objective To evaluate the effect of early TCM nursing on the improvement and satisfaction of rehabilitation quality of life in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and intervention group(n=40).The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while those in the intervention group received early traditional Chinese medicine nursing,the quality of life(Qol),neurologic impairment(NIHSS-RRB-score,activities of daily liviAdl(ADL)and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of QOL and ADL in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of NIHSS were lower than those before nursing.The scores of QOL and ADL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of NIHSS were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)The satisfaction degree of Observation Group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(77.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Early TCM nursing can improve the quality of rehabilitation life of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
