摘要
P-S-N曲线是安全寿命评估和工程应用的重要参考依据,但传统的方法所需样本数量大、周期长、成本高,增加了企业研发的经济成本。文中以激光焊焊接耐候钢T形接头为研究对象,在不同存活率下建立基于极大似然法的S-N曲线预测模型,并对获得的中值S-N曲线和采用传统方法得到的中值S-N曲线进行对比。研究结果表明:采用2种方法得到的中值S-N曲线吻合较好,曲线基本趋于一致,符合试验精度要求。采用极大似然法模型拟合的P-S-N曲线也符合疲劳寿命分布的客观规律,预测的S-N曲线模型可以减少疲劳试件数量,且结果一致性较好,该方法具有一定的精度,可在试件有限的情况下实现焊接接头P-S-N曲线的快速拟合。
The P-S-N curve is a vitial reference basis for safety life assessment and engineering applications.But the traditional method requires many samples,a long cycle and a high cost,which increases the economic cost of enterprise research and development.In this article,the maximum likelihood method was used to determine the S-N curve under different survival rates for laser-welded T-joint of weathering steel.The obtained median S-N curve compared with the traditional method-based median S-N curve.The results showed that the median S-N curves obtained by the two methods were in good agreement,and the curves tended to be consistent,which met the requirements of test accuracy.The P-S-N curve fitted by the maximum likelihood method model also conformed to the objective law of fatigue life distribution.Using the maximum likelihood method to determine the S-N curve model could reduce the fatigue specimens and the results were consistent.This method had a certain accuracy and could achieve rapid prediction of the P-S-N curve of welded joints in the case of limited specimens.
