摘要
目前,手术仍是治疗外科疾病的主要手段,但对患者的身心健康也造成一定影响,因此积极采取护理干预措施能有利于改善患者的不良情绪。本文对中医护理在手术患者情志护理方面的干预效果及其进展进行回顾,分析中医护理在手术患者情志方面的应用效果及优势,为中医护理在手术患者中的推广应用提供参考。
This paper introduces the application progress of emotional nursing in operation patients under the development of human-centered nursing.Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and holistic view of Chinese medicine,TCM nursing emphasizes the ideological concepts of"three parts for treatment and seven parts for maintenance"and"no treatment for existing diseases and preventive treatment of disease".Through decades of clinical practice,we have summed up a set of dialectical nursing methods from theory to clinic and operation techniques with TCM characteristics,and created a"patient-centered"holistic nursing with TCM characteristics.As we all know,in the actual clinical nursing practice of operating room,the psychology of surgical patients is more sensitive and vulnerable than that of the general population.Therefore,the intervention effect and progress of TCM emotional nursing in surgical patients are reviewed.It is pointed out that the emotional nursing of TCM has obvious improvement effect on the operation patients,which is worthy of further exploration and popularization in the future.
