摘要 保证教师质量是提升高校综合实力的关键,若想培养出工匠人才就必须将培养教师工匠精神提到重要位置。中国已步入社会发展新阶段,教育改革深入推进,提升职业教育质量、为社会输送高质量人才成为职业院校的工作重点。文章从工匠精神概念及内涵入手,分析了工匠精神在粮食专业教师人才队伍建设过程中的应用价值,探究了粮食专业教师人才队伍建设中存在的问题并给出了针对性的解决措施,以期为专业院校提升教师队伍建设提供参考。 To ensure the quality of teachers is the key to enhance the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities.If you want to cultivate artisan talents,you must put the training of teachers'artisan spirit in an important position.China has entered a new stage of social development.With the deepening of education reform,it has become the focus of vocational colleges to improve the quality of vocational education and train high-quality talents for society.Starting from the concept and connotation of the craftsman spirit,this paper analyzes the application value of the craftsman spirit in the construction of the grain specialty teacher talent team,explores the problems still existing in the construction of the grain specialty teacher talent team and puts forward targeted solutions,in order to provide reference for the improvement of the construction of the teacher team in the professional colleges.
