摘要
为解决综采面过构造时遇到的冒顶和液压支架压死等问题,以磁窑沟煤矿11103工作面为工程背景,通过分析该工作面特殊的地质条件和顶板变形破坏的机理,对该工作面的顶板控制技术展开研究。结果表明,通过采用注浆加固、加强支架管理和对初撑力校核等技术措施,对顶板进行控制,同时采取其他辅助措施来改善围岩的物理力学性能,提高了围岩的整体承载能力,由液压支架工作阻力监测数据可知,该技术措施可以有效地解决工作面顶板控制问题,为相同工程地质条件的矿井企业提供参考和借鉴。
In order to solve the problems of caving and hydraulic support death in the fully-mechanized coal face,the11103 working face of Ciyaogou coal Mine was taken as the engineering background,and the roof control technology of the working face was studied by analyzing the special geological conditions and the mechanism of roof deformation and failure.Results showed that by means of grouting reinforcement and reinforced support management and the initial supporting force and checking technical measures to control roof,and other auxiliary measures to improve the physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock,improved the overall carrying capacity of surrounding rock,the hydraulic support working resistance monitoring data showed that the technical measures could effectively solve the problem of working face roof control,at the same time provided a reference for the same engineering geological conditions of coal mine enterprises and reference value.
