摘要
借鉴经典的港产城理论,探索构建内河航运的港产城联动耦合协调度评价指标体系和评价模型,对浙江省8大内河城市进行实证分析。综合考虑所在城市的社会经济发展、产业结构与规模、内河客货运相关规模与结构等因素构建了内河港产城耦合协调度的评价指标体系,评价模型计算结果表明,目前浙江省1个城市处于良好协调状态,3个城市处于中级协调状态,1个城市处于初级协调状态,3个城市处于失调状态。针对浙江省内河港产城联动发展短板提出了相应对策建议。
Draw lessons from the classic port-industry-city theory,explore the establishment of an evaluation index system and evaluation model for the coordination degree of port-industry-city interactive development of inland river,and conduct empirical analysis on eight major inland river cities in Zhejiang Province.The evaluation index system for the coordinating degree of port-industry-city interactive development of inland river was constructed by considering many influencing factors including the social and economic development of the city,the industrial structure and scale,the related scale and structure of inland river passenger,freight transportation and so on.The calculation results of the evaluation model showed that at present,1 city in Zhejiang Province was in a good state of coordination,3 cities were in an intermediate state of coordination,1 city was in a primary state of coordination,and 3 cities were in a state of imbalance.Proposed corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions for the shortcomings of the interactive development of inland river port-industry-city in Zhejiang Province.
