摘要
运输弹性系数可以很好的反映交通运输与国民经济之间相互影响关系,2020年疫情期间,人口出行量对全国经济复苏产生了举足轻重的影响。针对疫情防控初期,通过构建交通客运量与复工率之间的客运弹性系数模型,对疫情期间交通客运对全国以及典型省份经济复苏的影响进行了应用研究,结果表明,疫情初期交通运输客运量对复工率的影响弹性系数中位数达2.7,说明客运量对复工率有较强的影响作用,复工率对客运量有较强的依存关系,复工率的增加将进一步对经济产生积极的作用。
Transport elasticity coefficient could reflect the interaction relationship between traffic volume and national economy.During the period of COVID-19 outbreak in 2020,passenger traffic had an important influence on the national economy.Aiming at the initial period of COVID-19 control,through the construction of the passenger transport elasticity coefficient model between passenger transport volume and resumption rate,the influence of the passenger transport volume impact on the resumption rate in the area of nation and typical provinces was studied.The result showed that the median passenger transport elasticity coefficient of the passenger transport volume impact on the rate of return to work is 2.7.It indicated that the passenger transport volume had a strong influence on the resumption rate,and the resumption rate had a strong dependence relation on the passenger volume.The increase of the resumption rate could have a positive effect on the economy.
