摘要
为保证在役油气管道的安全运行,各种管道检测方法及其对管道适用性的研究成为研究热点。为了研究电磁涡流检测技术在小管径、低压低流速管道检测中的适应性,制定了一套完整的检测方案,进行工程对象管道的试点检测,分析了目标管道内部金属损失深度分布情况,采用C扫、DR法对管道进行开挖验证,并结合检测所获取的数据,对缺陷进行完整性评价,为全面了解管道现状、合理采取维修措施、实现管道的科学管理提供一定的依据。工程实践表明,电磁涡流检测技术对小管径、低压低流速管道检测的适应性较好,对内腐蚀缺陷敏感,为现场管道检测提供了一定参考。
In order to ensure the safe operation of oil and gas pipelines in service,the research on various pipeline detection methods and their applicability to pipelines has become a hot topic.In order to study the adaptability of electromagnetic eddy current testing technology in the detection of small-diameter,low-pressure and low-velocity pipeline,a complete set of detection scheme was established to carry out the pilot inspection of the project target pipeline,and then the internal metal loss depth distribution of the target pipe was analyzed,and C scan and DR method were adopted for excavation verification of the pipeline.Combined with the obtained test data,the integrity assessment of defects was conducted to provide a certain basis for a comprehensive understanding of pipeline status,taking reasonable maintenance measures and realizing the scientific management of pipelines.The engineering practice showed that the electromagnetic eddy current detection technology had good adaptability to the small-diameter,low-pressure and low-rate pipelines,and was sensitive to internal corrosion defects,which would provide a certain reference for field pipeline detection.
