铝镇静钢铸坯生产工艺优化

摘要 本文针对铝镇静钢的生产工艺进行试验研究,通过对三个批次铝镇静钢的生产工艺分析,得出优化的生产方案:采取控制出炉碳含量、出钢温度、吹氩控制、喂Ca-Si线等合理措施,使钢水中夹杂物充分脱出并上浮,提升浇注质量,最终实现提高铸坯质量的目的。 In this paper,the production process of aluminum-killed steel was tested and studied.Through the production process analysis of three batches of aluminum-killed steel,the optimized production plan was obtained:reasonable measures such as controlling carbon content,tapping temperature,argon blowing and feeding Ca-Si line were taken to make inclusions in molten steel fully come out and float up,to improve casting quality and finally to improve the quality of billet.
