摘要 通过对中碳含硫钢浸入式水口结瘤物的物相分析,研究中间包浸入式水口结瘤机理,发现结瘤物主要为CaO·2Al_2O_3 CaO·6Al_2O_3以及少量的镁铝尖晶石混合物。并对精炼过程采用钙处理工艺的可行性进行了分析,确定在钢中m(Ca)/m(Al)=0.13时,且[Ca]/[S]比小于等于0.5条件下,可以保证钢水可浇性。采用精炼过程钙处理工艺、加强连铸保护浇铸、提高浸入式水口烘烤温度等措施后,中碳含硫钢浸入式水口结瘤物厚度由平均10mm减少至4mm。 By phase analysis of the cloggings of nozzles,the mechanisms of cloggings were discussed.The results indicated that the cloggings of nozzles consisted of CaO·2 Al2O3CaO·6Al2O3 and a small amount of magnesium-aluminate spinel mixture.The feasibility of calcium treatment in the refining process was analyzed.It was found that in the condition of m(Ca)/m(Al)=0.13 and[Ca]/[S]less than or equal to 0.5,the castability of molten steel can beguaranted.By using preventive measuresincluding adopting calcium treatment in the refining process,strengthening protective casting and increasing SEN baking temperature,the thickness of the nozzle cloggings was reduced from 10 mm to 4 mm after taking these measures.
