摘要
大庆油田部分油水井生产过程中出现硫化氢气体,严重影响现场人员生命安全。为有效制定防治措施,室内模拟了不同入井流体产生硫化氢的过程,并分析硫化氢产生的原因。研究结果表明,影响硫化氢浓度的主要因素是pH值、矿化度以及含硫物质,高温、高压对硫化氢浓度有一定的抑制作用,存在含硫物质时,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)适宜条件是过硫酸钾含量为0.01%~0.10%、亚硫酸钠含量为0.01%~0.05%、温度45~80℃、pH值为中性或偏酸性、矿化度小于7500 mg/L。
In the production process of some oil and water wells in Daqing oilfield,hydrogen sulfide is easy to appear and it seriously affects the life safety of on-site personnel.In order to formulate prevention and control measures,the process of producing hydrogen sulfide by different entry well fluids is simulated indoors,and then the causes of hydrogen sulfide are analyzed.The results show that the main factors affecting the concentration of hydrogen sulfide are pH value,salinity and sulfur-containing substances.High temperature and high pressure have some inhibitory effect on the concentration of hydrogen sulfide.With the presence of sulfur-containing substances,the suitable conditions for sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)are potassium persulfate concentration of 0.01%~0.10%or sodium sulfite concentration of 0.01%~0.05%,temperature of 45~80℃,pH value of neutral or acidic,and salinity of less than 7500 mg/L.
