摘要
本文从流固耦合理论研究视角出发,围绕铝制客车骨架轻量化优化展开研究分析。为了能够获取铝制品对客户骨架轻量化所产生的积极影响,本研究采取了大量模拟测试分析实验,主要选取6061铝和5086铝作为主要研究对象,并从中获得了分析所需要的相应结果,与钢制客车骨架的各项基准性能指标进行对比分析,其主要涉及的实验指标主要涉及到了材料类型、灵敏度分析、尺寸优化等多方面,通过综合数据分析,对铝制客车骨架性能进行流固耦合和模态分析。研究结果表明,经过优化后的铝制客车骨架不会在运动过程中产生核磁共振现象,且经优化后的铝制客车应力最大极限值降低,最大谓位移量下降,骨架的结构刚度得到显著提升,不仅能够满足客车骨架基本性能要求,还具有显著的轻量化效果。
From the perspective of fluid-solid coupling theory,this paper studies and analyzes the lightweight optimization of aluminum bus skeleton.In order to obtain the positive impact of aluminum products on the lightweight of the customer’s skeleton,a large number of simulation test analysis experiments were carried out in this study,and 6061 aluminum and 5086 aluminum were selected as the main research objects,and the corresponding results required for the analysis were obtained.The benchmark performance indicators of the steel bus frame are compared and analyzed.The main experimental indicators involved mainly involve material types,sensitivity analysis,size optimization and other aspects.Through comprehensive data analysis,the performance of the aluminum bus frame is subjected to fluidstructure coupling and modal analysis.The research results show that the optimized aluminum bus skeleton will not produce nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon during the movement,and the optimized aluminum bus stress maximum limit value is reduced,the maximum predicated displacement is decreased,and the structural rigidity of the skeleton is significantly improved.,not only can meet the basic performance requirements of the bus frame,but also has a significant lightweight effect.
