摘要
众所周知,炼油企业具有工程量大、能源消耗高、设计范围广的特点。随着社会的不断发展,需求度也逐步提高,行业与行业之间的竞争力日益加大,故而对于炼油企业的发展提出了更高的要求和标准。与此同时,为了进一步提高炼油企业的经济效益和社会效益,就应从降低能耗的角度出发,全方位、多层次、多角度地优化和改善节能降耗技术,扩大节能降耗技术的应用范围,使得节能降耗理念贯穿到炼油企业工作过程中的每一个环节,从而有效地提高自身的核心竞争力,推动我国炼油企业的长远、持久、稳定发展。
As we all know,oil refining enterprises have the characteristics of large quantities,high energy consumption and wide design range.With the continuous development of the society,the demand is gradually improved,and the competitiveness between the industries is increasing,so higher requirements and standards are put forward for the development of oil refining enterprises.At the same time,in order to further improve the economic and social benefits of oil refining enterprises,from the perspective of reducing energy consumption,comprehensive,multi-level,multi-angle optimization and improve energy saving and consumption reduction technology,expand the application scope of energy saving and consumption reduction technology,make the concept of energy saving and consumption reduction runs through every link in the working process of oil refining enterprises,thus effectively improve their own core competitiveness,and promote the long-term,lasting and stable development of China’s oil refining enterprises.
