摘要
近几年来,我国在天然气分布式冷热电联供方面发展迅速,但也存在诸多问题。文章认为国内目前对发展分布式冷热电联供还缺乏充分认识和足够的重视,应在工业园区发展能源集成供应系统,以形成能量的多次、逐级、循环利用。文章提出了各级政府的责任,而正确的决策与规划是实现产业快速发展的关键。
Distributed Energy System and Combined Cold Heat and Power Generation （DES/CCHP） using gas has made great progress in China,but it exist many problems. The paper thought that the development of DES/CCHP in China is facing some difficulties such as lack of the attention. The energy integrated supply system for industrial park should be development to realize the circle and gradient utilization of energy. The paper point out that the responsibility of government, making sound policies and planning at all levels governments will be the key to realize rapid development of DES/ CCHP industry.
