摘要
乡村人才振兴是乡村振兴的重要内容之一,是乡村振兴的基础,因此备受各地政府的重视。各地政府积极摸索乡村人才振兴的路径,做出了许多有益探索,其中,江西省在这方面成绩突出。本文采用个案研究方法,在总结江西省“一村一名大学生工程”的成功经验基础上,提出我省应该借鉴江西省成功经验,适时统筹规划乡村本土人才培养工作,加大经费投入力度,制定适合各地特色的教学计划及教学内容,以期推动我省乡村人才振兴工作的深度发展。
Rural talent revitalization is one of the important contents of Rural Revitalization and the basis of Rural Revitalization.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of local governments.Local governments have actively explored the path of rural talent revitalization and made many useful explorations,among which Jiangxi Province has made outstanding achievements in this regard.Based on the successful experience of"one village,one college student project"in Jiangxi Province,this paper adopts the method of case study,and believes that our province should learn from the successful experience of Jiangxi Province,timely plan the training of rural local talents,increase the investment of funds,and formulate teaching plans and teaching contents suitable for local characteristics,In this way,the revitalization of rural talents in our province can develop in depth.
