摘要
基于江西省1553份农民微观调查数据,采用二元Logit模型和PSM模型实证检验“一村一大”对农民自营工商业的影响,并探讨参与“一村一大”的学历层次、学习模式和城乡工作地对自营工商业的差异影响。结果表明:第一,参与“一村一大”对农民自营工商业具有显著的正向影响。第二,参与“一村一大”学历层次越高,对农民自营工商业的促进作用越明显。第三,参与“一村一大”学习模式形成的社会网络越丰富,对农民自营工商业的促进作用越明显。第四,参与“一村一大”对农民选择城乡自营工商业具有正向影响,且对农民在农村自营工商业的影响更显著性。基于此,建议优化“一村一大”培养体系,构建良好的线上线下学习环境,完善农村创新创业激励政策,营造良好农村营商环境,保障农民在农村自营工商业的长效发展。
Based on the survey data of 1553 micro survey data of farmers,this paper empirically tests the impact of one village one college student project on farmers self-support industrial and commercial enterprise by using binary Logit model and PSM model,and discusses the impact of differences in education background,learning mode and urban and rural working places on farmers self-support industrial and commercial enter⁃prise.The results show that:first,participation in the project has significant positive impact on farmers self-sup⁃port industrial and commercial enterprise.Second,the higher the educational level of participants in the proj⁃ect,the more obvious the promotion effect on farmers self-support industrial and commercial enterprise.Third,the richer the social network formed by participating in the learning mode of the project,the more obvious the promotion effect on farmers self-support industrial and commercial enterprise.Fourth,participation in this proj⁃ect has positive impact on farmers self-support industrial and commercial enterprise in urban and rural areas,and has more significant impact on farmers self-support industrial and commercial enterprise.Therefore,it is suggested that the training system of the project should be optimized,a good online and offline learning envi⁃ronment be built,rural innovation and entrepreneurship incentive policies be improved,a good rural business environment be created,and the long-term development of farmers self-support industrial and commercial en⁃terprise be ensured in rural areas.
