摘要
目的:剖析复发性口疮施行口疮散外治的价值与效果。方法:2020年1月至2021年6月期间入我院接受复发性口疮治疗的100例患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用常规治疗方法,给予患者复方氯已定含漱液漱口;观察组患者应用本院自拟的口疮散对患者患处进行喷洒,并给予患者饮食指导。比较两组患者的临床疗效、口腔溃疡愈合时间、溃疡疼痛评分、正常进食时间及三个月内的复发率。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为96%,高于对照组82%,组间差异明显;观察组口腔溃疡愈合时间为(2.72±1.29)d,正常进食恢复时间为(2.47±0.85)d,均短于对照组相应指标,组间差异显著(P<0.05);同时,观察组的口腔溃疡疼痛评分低于对照组,且三个月内的疾病复发率为2%,与对照组的差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对复发性口疮施行中药口疮散的外治喷洒,并辅以有效的饮食指导,能帮助患者缓解口腔溃疡疼痛,缩短溃疡愈合及正常进食时间,使患者及早摆脱溃疡困扰,值得临床大力推行和使用。
Objective:To analyze the value and effect of external treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers.Methods:From January 2020 to June 2021,100 patients who were admitted to our hospital for treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment methods,and the patients were given compound chlorhexidine gargle to rinse their mouths;the observation group patients were sprayed on the affected area with the oral cavity powder prepared by the hospital,and the patients were given dietary instructions.The clinical efficacy,oral ulcer healing time,ulcer pain score,normal eating time and recurrence rate within three months were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%,which was higher than 82% in the control group.The difference between the groups was obvious;the oral ulcer healing time in the observation group was(2.72±1.29) days,and the normal eating recovery time was(2.47±0.85) d,all shorter than the corresponding index of the control group,the difference between the groups(P<0.05);meanwhile,the oral ulcer pain score of the observation group is lower than that of the control group,and the disease recurrence rate within three months is 2%,which is significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying traditional Chinese medicine Kou Chuang San to external treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers,supplemented by effective dietary guidance,can help patients relieve oral ulcer pain,shorten ulcer healing and normal eating time,and enable patients to get rid of ulcers early Distress,it is worthy of clinical vigorous promotion and use.
