摘要
复发性口腔溃疡的中医诊治,尚未见公认的、统一的辨证体系。文章提出复发性口腔溃疡"郁热"的核心病机,并从六经辨证的角度,分析其证候特征,探讨其理法方药。六经"热不得越"(《伤寒论》),三阳郁热,三阴伏火,太阳风寒束表,阳明壅热在里,少阳枢机不利,以至蚀于太阴,留于少阴,伏于厥阴是复发性口腔溃疡的基本论治框架。
There is no widely accepted or unified syndrome differentiation system of Chinese medical treatment on recurrent oral ulcer. This paper presented the core pathogenesis of gloomy heat of recurrent oral ulcer, analyzed its clinic features in terms of the syndrome differentiation of six meridians, and explored its principle-method-recipe-medicines. The basic theoretical framework for recurrent oral ulcer in this paper included that heat from six meridians which couldn’t be sent out(Treatise on Febrile Diseases), gloomy heat from three yang meridians, ambushing fire from three yin meridians, taiyang wind-cold fettering from the exterior, yangming heat obstructing in the interior, shaoyang dysfunction of acting as a pivot, eclipsing in taiyin, loitering in shaoyin, and incubating in jueyin.
