摘要
后张法预应力简支箱梁在实际施工过程中,需要采取一系列施工措施来控制结构可靠度,同时箱梁梁体出厂前利用静载试验,对实体构件结构可靠度进行最终复核,确保箱梁具备架梁条件。本文主要通过完善箱梁混凝土强度评定程序,加强梁体养护和温度监测工作,进而符合试件强度要求;多次实测梁体上拱度值保证梁体刚度要求;最后通过静载试验确保预应力混凝土简支箱梁成品达到发运和架梁条件。
In the actual construction process of posttensioned prestressed simply supported box girder,a series of construction measures need to be taken to control the structural reliability.At the same time,static load test is used to make final check on the structural reliability of solid components before the box girder body leaves the factory,so as to ensure that the box girder has the condition of frame girder.This paper mainly through improving the concrete strength assessment procedures,strengthening the beam maintenance and temperature monitoring work,and then meet the strength requirements of specimens;The camber value of the beam is measured several times to ensure the stiffness of the beam.Finally,the static load test is carried out to ensure that the finished prestressed concrete simply supported box girder can meet the conditions of delivery and girder installation.
