摘要
针对悬索桥铸造成型索夹存在的不足,从结构分析、原材料选择、钢材成形、组装焊接、焊后热处理、加工成形几个方面研究使用钢板焊接的方式制造索夹。
Aiming at the deficiencies of the cast cable clamps of suspension bridges,the method of welding steel plate to manufacture cable clamps has been studied from the aspects of structural analysis,raw material selection,steel forming,assembly and welding,post-weld heat treatment,and processing.
