摘要
等离子体处理VOCs是一种具有高效、无二次污染、操作简单、能耗低等优点的废气处理技术,本文综述了低温等离子体技术在有机废气去除中的应用研究进展,并总结了影响该技术处理效率的主要因素。
The plasma has its unique advantage on the treatment of volatile organic compounds（VOCs）,with high efficiency,no secondary pollution,simple operation and low energy consumption.In this paper,the applications of non-thermal plasma in treatment of VOCs were summarized,as well as the main effects on the VOCs removal efficiency.
