摘要
糖尿病便秘是糖尿病常见的并发症。大柴胡汤常被用于治疗消渴病的胆胃郁热证,但临床上其使用剂量常难以把握,大柴胡汤过用易导致脾胃受损,量少则难达清泻胆胃郁热之功。长桑君脉法脉息术理论根据不同人的体质及证候特点,对大柴胡汤的用法用量进行适当调整,对属于“脉躁”型糖尿病便秘的治疗有重要意义。
Diabetic constipation is a common complication of diabetes. Dachaihu Decoction is often used to treat the syndrome of liver and stomach stagnation of thirst disease, but it is often difficult to control the dosage in clinical practice. Overuse of Dachaihu Decoction is easy to cause spleen and stomach damage, but insufficient dose is difficult to achieve the function of clearing away liver-gallbladder heat. It is of great significance for the treatment of ‘dysphoria of pulse’ diabetic constipation to adjust the usage and dosage of Dachaihu Decoction according to different people’s constitution and pattern by pulse-respiration technique of Mr Changsang pulse method.
