摘要
苏蜜518是江苏省农业科学院蔬菜研究所根据江苏省生态环境特点和结合西瓜种植的地理条件,经科学培育而成的西瓜新品种。2020、2021年在江苏西瓜主产区东台地区试验、示范栽培,综合表现出长势稳健、耐低温弱光、易坐果、畸形果发生率低、外观美、口感品质好等优点;每667 m^(2)产量在4 000 kg以上,产值1.5万元左右,高于同期当地主栽品种早佳84-24。综合田间生产实践,重点介绍了品种特点和优势及其育苗、定植、温光肥水管理、病虫害防治等配套栽培技术。
’Sumi518’ was a new cultivar of watermelon scientifically breeding by the Institute of Vegetable Research of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences based on the ecological environment characteristics of Jiangsu province and the geographical conditions of watermelon cultivation.’Sumi518’ had been experimented and cultivated in the main watermelon production area of Jiangsu province,Dongtai city in 2020 and 2021,which showed the advantages of stable growth,resisting low temperature and low light,easy fruiting,low incidence of deformed fruit,beautiful appearance and good taste.The yield was more than 4 000 kg per 667 m^(2)and the production value was about 15 000 yuan per 667 m^(2),which was higher than the local main cultivar ’Zaojia 84-24’ in the same period.Based on the field production practice,the characteristics and advantages of this cultivar,and supporting cultivation technology were introduced,which contained seedling,planting,and temperature,light,fertilizer and water management,pest and disease control and others.
