连作土壤高温灭菌与施用石灰氮对草莓植株光合及荧光特性的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Sterilized and Adding Cyanamid on the Characteristics of Photosynthetic and Fluorescence of Strawberry Plant Under the Continuous Conditions

摘要 以日本草莓"红颜"为试材,设置草莓连作土壤太阳能高温灭菌与施用石灰氮处理,研究其对草莓植株光合、荧光特性变化及光合产物分配的影响,以期缓解设施内草莓长期种植对下茬植株的负面影响,有效解决制约草莓产业发展的连作障碍问题。结果表明:土壤高温灭菌与施用石灰氮处理,提高连作草莓的叶片光合色素含量,增加光能的吸收,加快光合电子传递;PSⅡ供体侧放氧复合体受伤害程度降低,受光抑制程度降低,增强了PSⅡ光合机构整体功能,从而提高光能利用率。且处理后植株的生物量和产量也不同程度得到提高。其中,以土壤覆盖2层膜且加入石灰氮处理效果最为明显,表明覆盖2层塑料膜且加入石灰氮的土壤处理对缓解草莓长期连作障碍较为有效。 The effects of sterilized and adding cyanamid into replant soil on photosynthetic characteristics and photochemistry activities of strawberry under the continuous conditions were researched,in order to alleviate the negative effects of long-term strawberry planting in the greenhouse and effective solve strawberry replant obstacle.The results showed that the treatments could increase chlorophyll content,enhance the absorption,transformation of light,and improve strawberry plant development.And after being treatment,biomass and output of strawberry also were improved.The treatment of cover two layers of plastic film and adding cyanamid in soil was most obvious,it indicated that this treatment was more effective.
