摘要
针对伊拉克某油田AG脱气站的油气水的特点,室内筛选出两种硅油类消泡剂,并进行了现场试验,试验结果表明,消泡剂X03适用于AG脱气站,推荐加药浓度为30 mg/L。消泡剂X10的测试结果不适用于AG脱气站,无法有效消除泡沫。消泡剂与产液体系的相容性对消泡性能影响很大。因此,针对含水量较少的原油脱气,宜采用二甲硅油类产品,利用聚醚改性后的硅油产品,增加了水中的分散性,反倒影响了消泡剂在体系中的扩散。
According to the characteristics of oil,gas and water in Ag degassing station of an oil field in Iraq,two kinds of silicone oil defoamers were screened indoors and field tests were carried out.The test results showed that defoamer X03 was suitable for Ag degassing station,and the recommended dosing concentration was 30 mg/L.The test result of defoamer X10 was not suitable for AG degassing station and can’t effectively eliminate foam.The compatibility between defoamer and liquid production system had a great influence on the defoaming performance.Therefore,for the degassing of crude oil with less water content,dimethyl silicone oil products should be used.The silicone oil products modified by polyether increased the dispersion in water and affect the diffusion of defoamer in the system.
