摘要
本文通过对峙培养法、杯碟法两种方法进行放线菌抑菌活性的测定,室内试验筛选10株放线菌,对比发现LB-9、LBI-1的发酵代谢产物对5种病原菌的抑制效果优于对照组,其中LBI-1最佳。
In this paper,the antimicrobial activity of actinomycetes was determined by confrontation culture method and cup-and-dish method,and 10 strains of actinomycetes were screened by laboratory test.It was found that the fermentation metabolites of LB-9 and LBI-1 had better inhibitory effects on five pathogenic bacteria than the control group,among which LBI-1 was the best.
