摘要
目的:探究基于伤口专科小组的精细化护理模式在促糖尿病足患者伤口愈合中的应用价值,旨在为临床糖尿病足伤口愈合提供方案参考。方法:收集2019年9月—2021年10月期间在我院接受诊疗的糖尿病足患者96例,依据随机数字表法划分为两组,观察组与参照组,各48例。参照组施以糖尿病足常规护理方案,观察组则实施基于伤口专科小组的精细化护理模式。比较两组伤口愈合率、各临床指标(溃疡面愈合时间、伤口细菌转阴率及住院时间)、焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)、自我护理能力(ESCA)评分。结果:干预后观察组伤口愈合有效率、伤口细菌转阴率高于参照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组足部溃疡面愈合时间及住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05)干预后观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组ESCA评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于伤口专科小组的精细化护理能显著促糖尿病足患者伤口愈合,提升伤口细菌转阴率,缩减愈合时间及住院时间,避免进展,且能改善患者心理状态,提升其自护能力,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of meticulous nursing mode based on wound specialist group in promoting wound healing of diabetic foot patients,in order to provide scheme reference for clinical diabetic foot wound healing.Methods:A total of 96 patients with diabetic foot who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from September 2019 to October 2021 were collected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,observation group and reference group,48 cases in each group.The reference group received routine diabetic foot care program,and the observation group received fine nursing mode based on wound specialist group.The wound healing rate,clinical indicators(ulcer healing time,wound bacteria turning negative rate and length of hospital stay),self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating depression Scale(SDS)and self-care ability(ESCA)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the wound healing efficiency and bacteria negative rate of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).ESCA score of observation group was higher than that of reference group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine nursing based on wound specialist group can significantly promote the wound healing of diabetic foot patients,improve the rate of bacteria turning negative,shorten the healing time and hospital stay,avoid progression,and can improve the psychological state of patients,enhance their self-care ability,worthy of promotion.
