摘要
在产业经济结构调整的形势下,需要培养新兴产业的适用人才。职业教育是“离GDP最近”的教育,是培养新型职业人才的重要载体,需要与产业战略转型协同发展。本文主要以山西省旅游产业战略转型下职业院校的旅游专业为例,从职业教育的目标规划、课程规划和课程实施三个方面提出职业教育如何服务产业转型发展的策略。
It is necessary to cultivate suitable talents for emerging industries under the situation of industrial economic restructuring.Vocational education is"the closest to GDP"education,is an important carrier of training new professional talents,and needs to develop in coordination with industrial strategic transformation.Taking the tourism major of vocational colleges in Shanxi Province as an example under the strategic transformation of tourism industry,this paper proposes how vocational education can serve the transformation and development of the industry from three aspects of the goal planning,curriculum planning and curriculum implementation of vocational education.
