植物生长延缓剂对盆栽萱草的矮化效应 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨植物生长延缓剂对萱草的矮化效应,提高萱草的观赏价值。【方法】以萱草品种小安娜罗莎为试验材料,采用不同质量浓度的多效唑(PP_(333))、烯效唑(S_(3307))、矮壮素(CCC)、比久(B_(9))对盆栽萱草进行盆内土施和叶面喷施,以清水处理为对照,分析植物生长延缓剂对萱草株型、叶部性状及开花的影响。【结果】不同处理对小安娜罗莎株型均有抑制作用,叶面喷施60 mg/L S_(3307)的处理抑制效果最明显,株高、冠幅分别比对照降低了52.32%、36.68%,茎粗比对照增加了97.61%;从施用方式来看,叶面喷施PP_(333)、S_(3307)对小安娜罗莎的矮化效果优于盆内土施,盆内土施CCC、B_(9)对小安娜罗莎的矮化效果优于叶面喷施。不同处理对小安娜罗莎植株叶片均有抑制作用,且与浓度成正相关。叶面喷施60 mg/L S_(3307)的处理叶长、叶宽(40 mg/L S_(3307)处理除外)、叶面积显著低于对照和其他各处理(P<0.05),分别比对照降低了29.47%、35.44%、54.46%;从施用方式来看,叶面喷施S_(3307)(20 mg/L除外)对叶长、叶面积的抑制效果显著高于盆内土施(P<0.05),盆内土施CCC、B_(9)对小安娜罗莎的叶长、叶宽、叶面积的抑制效果强于叶面喷施。不同处理对小安娜罗莎花朵直径增加均有促进作用,叶面喷施60 mg/L S_(3307)花朵直径显著高于对照和其他各处理(P<0.05),比对照增加了65.00%。从药剂种类来看,高浓度的PP_(333)、CCC、B_(9)两种施用方式均对植株造成药害,表现为不能开花;S_(3307)处理未见药害现象,植株能正常开花。【结论】叶面喷施60 mg/L S_(3307)对盆栽萱草小安娜罗莎的观赏价值明显提高,主要表现为株型矮化、紧凑,叶片变小,叶色浓绿,花朵直径增加。 【Objective】To investigate the dwarfing effect of plant growth retardants on Hemerocallis hence improve its ornamental value.【Methods】Different concentrations of Paclobutrazol(PP_(333)),Uniconazole(S_(3307)),Chlormequat Chloride(CCC),and B_(9) were applied to Hemerocallis variety‘little Anna Rosa’by pot soil application or leaf spraying with water as control.The effects of plant growth retardants on plant morphology,leaf characteristics,and flowering of Hemerocallis were investigated.【Results】All of the treatments had an inhibitory effect on‘little Anna Rosa’plant morphology,with the treatment of spraying 60 mg/L S_(3307) on the leaf having the most evident inhibitory effect.In comparison to the control,the plant height and crown width both decreased by 52.32%and 36.68%,respectively;the stem diameter increased by 97.61%.In terms of application methods,leaf spraying PP_(333) and S_(3307) had a better dwarfing effect on‘little Anna Rosa’than pot soil application,whereas pot soil application CCC and B_(9) had a better dwarfing effect on‘little Anna Rosa’than leaf spraying.Various treatments inhibited the leaves of the‘little Anna Rosa’,and the effect was positively related to the concentration.The leaf length,leaf width(excluding 40 mg/L S_(3307)),and leaf area of the 60 mg/L S_(3307) treatment were significantly smaller than the control and other treatments(P<0.05),with reductions of 29.47%,35.44%,and 54.46%respectively,as compare to the control.In terms of application methods,leaf spraying S_(3307)(excluding 20 mg/L)had significantly higher inhibitory effect on leaf length and leaf area than pot soil treatment(P<0.05).While pot soil treatment of CCC and B_(9) had a higher inhibitory effect on leaf length,leaf width,and leaf area of than leaf spraying.Various treatments increased the flower diameter of‘little Anna Rosa’.The flower diameter of 60 mg/L S_(3307) was significantly higher than that of the control and other treatments(P<0.05),which was 65.00%higher than control.In terms
