摘要
目的探讨综合医院传染病防治管理工作中的问题及对策。方法本次研究开展时间为2020年10—12月,由专家制定医院传染病防治管理工作问题问卷,调查医院各个科室和部门防治传染病现状,调查人数300人,根据问卷调查结果针对性地提出对策,用于优化综合医院传染病防治管理工作。结果认为传染病防治意识较差者占比42.00%;认为传染病诊疗流程较差者占比39.00%;认为无菌操作情况较差者占比9.00%;认为器械消毒情况较差者占比22.67%;认为手卫生情况较差者占比34.00%;认为防护设施情况较差者占比26.67%。结论目前综合医院在传染病防治管理工作中还有不足的地方,需要建立强大的监督系统以使传染病防治管理制度得到落实,加强消毒隔离等制度的建立,不断加强传染病防治知识的宣传和教育,提高医护人员传染病防治意识,防止传染病在医院内的传播,保护医护人员和患者的健康和安全。
Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures of infectious disease prevention and management in general hospitals.Methods This study conducted from October to December 2020,prevention and control of hospital infection management problem questionnairewas establish by experts.Investigated the current situation of infectious diseases prevention and treatment in various departments and departments of the hospital,with a total of 300 people.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,targeted countermeasures were put forward to optimize the management of infectious disease prevention and treatment in general hospitals.Results The proportion of those who thought the poor awareness of infectious disease prevention was 42.00%.39.00%thought that the treatment process of infectious diseases was poor.The proportion of those who thought the poor aseptic operationwas 9.00%.22.67%of those who thought the equipment disinfection was poor;34.00%thought that hand hygiene was poor;the proportion of those who thought the condition of protective facilities was poor was 26.67%.Conclusion At present,general hospitals still have deficiencies in the management of infectious disease prevention and control.It is necessary to establish a strong supervision system to implement the infectious disease prevention and management system,strengthen the establishment of systems such as disinfection and isolation,and continuously strengthen the publicity and education of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge,to improve the awareness of medical staff on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,prevent the spread of infectious diseases in hospitals,and protect the health and safety of medical staff and patients.
