摘要
目的以传染病防治分类监督综合评价试点工作为契机,研究西安市二级及以上医院传染病防治现状。方法采用《二级及以上医院传染病防治监督检查评价表》,对西安市卫生计生委直属的61家二级及以上医院进行现场评价。结果西安市三级医院的优秀率、总分均高于二级医院;各项得分经过标化后,得分项目较高的前三位从高到低依次为综合管理、法定传染病疫情报告和预防接种,得分项目最低为消毒隔离。结论西安市三级医院传染病防治整体水平高于二级医院,消毒隔离卫生监督是今后传染病防治工作的重点。
Objective The aim of the study was to study the situation of the prevention and control of infection disease of the secondary hospital and above in Xi’an, based on the pilot work of classified supervision comprehensive evaluation of the prevention and control of infection disease. Methods Secondary and above hospital evaluation table of infection disease
prevention and control were used to evaluate the 61 secondary and above hospitals in Xi’an. Results the excellent rate and
the total score of tertiary hospitals were both higher than the secondary hospitals, thetop three high standardization score
items from high to low were the integrated management, legal infectious disease report and vaccination, the score of disinfec.tion isolation was the lowest. Conclusions The overall level of infectious disease prevention and control in tertiary hospitals in Xi＇an was higher than that in secondary hospitals, The focus of health supervision should be on the disinfection isolation.
