摘要
五味消毒饮(又名消毒饮)是治疗疔疮初起的代表方,也是治疗阳证疮疡的常用方,具有清热解毒、抗炎杀菌的功效。文章对近年来五味消毒饮在外科中的临床应用进展进行论述,发现五味消毒饮有异病同治功效,在皮肤、乳腺、甲状腺、肛肠、周围血管等多部位具有"热毒"性质的疾病中广泛应用。对痤疮、皮炎、湿疹、带状疱疹、皮肤过敏、尖锐湿疣、乳腺炎、甲状腺炎、肛周脓肿、静脉炎、创面愈合、痛风性关节炎、丹毒疗效显著,具有消炎、杀菌、止痛、抗感染、调节免疫、降低尿酸作用,不良反应少,耐药率低,复发率低,修复效果好。五味消毒饮对外科多种疾病有较高临床应用价值,并可以提高药物疗效以及部分替代激素用药,应在今后对其进行更深入的研究,以更好地服务于临床。
Wuwei Xiaodu Drink(五味消毒饮),also known as Xiaodu Drink(消毒饮),is a representative prescription for the treatment of sores at the beginning.It is also a common prescription for the treatment of Yang syndrome sores.It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification,anti inflammation and sterilization.This paper discusses the clinical application progress of Wuwei Xiaodu Drink in surgery in recent years.It is found that Wuwei Xiaodu Drink is widely used in skin,two glands,anorectal,peripheral blood vessels and other diseases with“heat toxicity”.It has obvious curative effect on acne,dermatitis,eczema,herpes zoster,skin allergy,condyloma acuminatum,mastitis,thyroiditis,perianal abscess,phlebitis,wound healing,gouty arthritis and erysipelas.It has the characteristics of anti-inflammatory,sterilization,analgesic,anti infection,regulating immunity,reducing uric acid,less side effects,low drug resistance rate,low recurrence rate and good repair effect.Wuwei Xiaodu Drink has high clinical application value for a variety of surgical diseases,and can improve the drug efficacy and partial replacement of hormone medication.It should be further studied in the future to better serve the clinical.
