摘要
针对废旧铅酸蓄电池拆解工艺中打孔倒酸环节回收效率和机械化程度低等问题,研究和设计了自动化铅酸蓄电池打孔控制系统。系统具有同步成排打孔、可调钻距和扩充阵列排钻功能。另外,基于Visual Studio 2015中MFC窗口功能进行了界面开发,提高了系统的便捷性和实用性。
Aiming at the problems of low recycling efficiency and mechanization in the process of dismantling waste lead-acid batteries,an automated lead-acid battery perforation control system is researched and designed.The system has the functions of synchronous drilling in rows,adjustable drilling distance and expansion of array drilling.In addition,the interface is developed based on the MFC window function in Visual Studio 2015,which improves the convenience and practicality of the system.
