摘要
王有鹏认为抽动症-哮喘合并病的核心病理因素乃湿热为患,其病位涉及肝、脾、肺、肾,病机为湿热之邪弥留三焦,湿热郁扰,炼液成痰,继而引动肝风则呈抽动症;湿热郁滞,久炼成痰内伏,继而外邪引动阻塞气道则呈哮喘;提出以“痰”作为治疗的切入点,将“分消走泄”法作为治疗抽动症-哮喘合并病的基本治法,以其代表方剂温胆汤为底方,辅以合方思想,以期异病同治,三焦并调,使湿热无所聚,伏痰无所生,标本兼治,临床收效甚佳。
WANG You-peng believes that the core pathological factor of tic-asthma comorbidity is actually damp-heat,and that its disease location involves liver,spleen,lung and kidney.The pathogenesis is the dampness heat retention of triple energizer,the dampness heat depression disturbance,and the refining of liquid into phlegm.If the liver wind is induced,it is tic;Due to damp-heat stagnation,phlegm becomes inward after being refined for a long time,and then the airway is obstructed by external pathogens and asthma.Therefore,WANG You-peng creatively proposed to use"phlegm"as the entry point for the treatment,and the"Fenxiao Zouxie"method as the basic treatment method for the treatment of tic syndrome-asthma comorbidities.The representative prescription Wendan Decoction(温胆汤)was used as the basic prescription,supplemented by the method.Based on the idea of combining prescriptions,treating different diseases at the same time,and adjusting the triple focus,there is no place for dampness and heat,and no place for phlegm to grow.Both symptoms and root causes are treated,and the clinical effect is very good.
