摘要 目的:探讨改良综合行为干预对抽动症患儿的效果。方法:选取2020-07~2021-03于我院接受治疗的78例抽动症患儿,采用数字随机法将其分为研究组(n=39)和对照组(n=39)。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组给予改良综合行为干预结合药物治疗,比较两组患者发声抽动、运动抽动评分、中医证候积分和家庭功能改善情况。结果:干预3个月后,研究组发声抽动、运动抽动评分、中医证候积分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且对家庭功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良综合行为干预应用于抽动症患儿,可改善患儿病情,调节家庭氛围,提高患儿及家属生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the effect of modified comprehensive behavior intervention on children with tic syndrome.Methods:A total of 78 children with tic syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the research group was given modified comprehensive behavior intervention based on the control group.The occurrence of tic,motor tic score,TCM syndrome score and improvement of family function were compared between the two groups.Results:After three months of intervention,the occurrence of tic,motor tic score and TCM syndrome score of the study group were significantly better than the control group,and the improvement of family function was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified comprehensive behavior intervention can improve the condition of children with tic disorder,adjust the family atmosphere,and improve the quality of life of children and their families.
