New Energy Rapid Frequency Regulation Technology Route and Comparison

摘要 高占比新能源渗透率不断提高,电网传统惯量逐步下降,经受大、小扰动系统调频变化率增大,调频特性控制难度加剧。快速调频响应FFR(Fast Frequency Response)为一次调频响应争取时间,为低惯量系统在一次调频响应前不达到系统低周减载的限值提供了新方式。从典型FFR改造、技术路线和对比等方面总结了FFR改造开展现状,并提供典型改造方案。 The high proportion penetration rate of new energy has been continuously improved,the inertia of traditional power grid gradually decreases,the frequency change rate of system subjected to large disturbance increases,and the difficulty of frequency characteristic control increases.Fast frequency response(FFR)strives for time for primary frequency response,and it provides a new way for the low inertia system not to reach the limit of low cycle load shedding before the primary frequency modulation response.The current situation of FFR transformation is summarized from the aspects of typical FFR transformation,technical route and comparison,and provides typical transformation schemes.
