综放工作面破碎顶板注锚一体化控制技术 被引量:1

Technology of grouting and anchoring integrated control for broken roof in fully mechanized top coal caving face

摘要 针对传统锚杆索对综放巷道破碎顶板支护锚固强度低、非连续性及非协调大变形的问题,提出了在破碎顶板支护中采用中空注浆锚索改善破碎围岩自承载性能,实现锚杆索与围岩锚固一体化的控制理念,采用理论计算、数值模拟及现场实测方法研究注浆压力、注浆前后锚索锚固性能。结果表明,中空注浆锚索在破碎顶板巷道支护中,注浆压力为1.2~1.5 MPa,注浆扩散效果好,注浆、锚杆、锚索与破裂围岩构成支围一体结构,对顶板围岩中裂化滑移面、切向与径向拉伸破坏、剪切破坏形成限定,抑制围岩裂化扩展导致锚杆索锚固力降低或失效,巷道围岩位移量小,综放工作面破碎顶板围岩变形破坏得到有效控制,增强了破碎顶板围岩锚杆索锚固力及锚固安全性、可靠性。 Aiming at the problems of low anchorage strength,discontinuity and uncoordinated large deformation of traditional anchor cable for broken roof support of fully mechanized top coal caving roadway,the control concept of using hollow grouting anchor cable in broken roof support to improve the self-bearing performance of broken surrounding rock and realize the integration of anchor cable and surrounding rock anchorage was put forward.The grouting pressure,anchorage performance of anchor cable before and after grouting was studied by theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field measurement.The results showed that in the support of broken roof roadway,the grouting pressure of hollow grouting anchor cable was 1.2~1.5 MPa,and the grouting diffusion effect was good.The grouting,anchor bolt,anchor cable and broken surrounding rock formed an integrated support structure,which limited the cracking slip surface,tangential and radial tensile failure and shear failure in the roof surrounding rock,and inhibited the cracking and expansion of surrounding rock,resulting in the reduction or failure of anchor cable anchoring force.The displacement of roadway surrounding rock was small,and the deformation and damage of broken roof surrounding rock in fully mechanized top coal caving face were effectively controlled,which enhanced the anchoring force of anchor bolt and cable and the safety and reliability of anchoring.
