摘要
集端部树脂锚固和全长注浆锚固为一体的中空注浆锚索,其锚固剂与孔壁间剪应力的分布规律和普通拉力集中型锚索相比显著不同,通过简化注浆前后的受力模型,采用弹塑性力学理论,利用Kelvin问题解、Boussinesq问题解推导出注浆前后锚固剂与孔壁之间剪应力分布的理论解析式,并采用FLAC3D模拟分析中空注浆锚索注浆前后剪应力的分布规律。结果表明:实现全长注浆锚固后,锚固剂与孔壁间剪应力的分布曲线是一条沿锚索轴向分布的双峰曲线;拉拔力对端部锚固段剪应力分布影响较小;张拉预紧力、拉拔力分别与端部锚固段、注浆锚固段的剪应力大小、集中程度呈正比关系,而锚索钻孔孔径与整根锚索的剪应力大小、集中程度呈反比关系。
Hollow grouting anchor cables(HGAC) integrates tail resin anchorage and full-size grouting anchorage. The shear stress between anchor agent and borehole surface in HGAC possesses distinct pattern compared with that of traditional tension concentrated anchor cables. By simplifying the mechanical model around the grouts and using the analytical solutions of Kelvin problem and Boussinesq problem,theoretical formulas of shear stress of the grouts between anchor agent and borehole surface was derived based on the theory of elasticity. FLAC3 D was also used to simulate shear stress distribution around anchor cables pre- and post- grouting. The results showed that the shear stress curve present bimodal distribution along the axial direction of anchor cable. Drawing force has limited effect on the shear stress distribution of the cable tail part. It has been found that shear stress and its concentration of the end anchored segment and the grouting anchored segment were respectively proportional to the pretightening force and the drawing force,while the shear stress and its concentration of the whole anchor cable was inversely proportional to the pore diameter within certain ranges.
