摘要
随着国家对外经贸发展战略和四川经济发展白皮书的实施与推进,地处内陆区域的四川逐步走向对外经贸发展的最前沿,省会城市成都也成为内陆地区对外经济联系的纽带。伴随对外贸易的快速增长,四川省对具备“国际视野”人才的需求日益增长,在新的技能要求、新的岗位背景下促进四川省高校对已有人才培养方案进行修订。本文以此为背景,首先对具备“国际视野”人才的需求趋势进行分析,其次通过对内陆高校相关专业人才培养的现状进行调查与分析,了解内陆高校人才培养对接“新需求”之间的差距,最后总结出在对外经贸发展战略背景下“新岗位”对人才需求的特征,并对内陆高校培养具备国际视野的物流服务人才培养和发展提出对策与建议。
With the implementation and promotion of the national foreign economic and trade development strategy and the white paper on Sichuan's economic development,Sichuan,which is located in the inland region,is gradually moving towards the forefront of foreign economic and trade development.The provincial capital city Chengdu has also become the link of foreign economic ties in the Inland region.With the rapid growth of foreign trade,Sichuan's demand for talents with"international vision"is growing day by day.Under the background of new skill requirements and new post,colleges and universities in Sichuan Province should be promoted to revise the existing talent training program.Taking this as the background,this paper first analyzes the demand trend of talents with“international vision",then investigates and analyzes the current situation of talent training of relevant majors in inland universities,understands the gap between talent training of inland universities and the"new demand",and finally summarizes the characteristics of talent demand of"new posts"under the background of foreign economic and trade development strategy.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the training and development of logistics service talents with international vision in inland colleges and universities.
