摘要
为探究静电型空气净化器在运行时产生臭氧对室内空气品质的影响,采用试验测试的方法,通过在试验舱对板式静电型空气净化器进行现场实测,总结不同类型净化器运行时期释放臭氧的规律,研究运行风量、环境参数对空气净化器生成臭氧情况以及对空气品质的影响。结果表明,净化器运行前5 min内,臭氧释放较快,臭氧浓度增长速率在第15 min左右释放减缓且趋于稳定,当运行温度在18~28℃,湿度在25%~70%范围内时,臭氧释放速率为0.91~6.62 mg/h,存在超出室内空气质量标准的情况,室内人员明显感受到异味。净化器加装活性炭滤网对臭氧有吸附及分解作用,静电型空气净化器的运行状态、环境因素对臭氧释放的多少、速度大小存在影响,对两者影响程度有所不同,以环境温度和环境湿度影响效果最为明显,环境温度升高、湿度增大,显著增加净化器的臭氧释放量及释放速率。
In order to explore the impact of ozone produced by electrostatic air purifier on indoor air quality during operation,this paper adopts the experimental test method,through the field measurement of plate electrostatic air purifier in the test cabin,summarizes the rules of ozone release during the operation of different types of purifiers,and studies the effects of operating air volume and environmental parameters on ozone generation of air purifiers and air quality.The results show that the ozone release is rapid within 5 minutes before the operation of the purifier,and the ozone concentration rate growed low and became stable in about 15 minutes.When the operating temperature is 18~28℃and the humidity is in the range of 25%~70%,the ozone release rate is 0.91~6.62 mg/h,which exceeds the indoor air quality standard,and the indoor personnel obviously feel the peculiar smell.The installation of activated carbon filter screen on the purifier will adsorb and decompose ozone.The operation state and environmental factors of plate electrostatic air purifier have different effects on ozone release amount and ozone release rate.The effect of ambient temperature and ambient humidity is the most obvious,with the increase of ambient temperature and humidity,significantly increase the ozone release amount and release rate of the purifier.
