摘要
江苏作为纺织大省,拥有较多数量的纺织生产企业。在当地市场监管部门的指导和支持下,通过组建"江苏精品"国际认证联盟,运用国际通行的第三方评价方式对企业进行认证活动,给符合认证要求的企业颁发"江苏精品"证书,并授权使用认证标志,形成一定影响力的区域公共品牌形象。对"江苏精品"认证项目中纺织品的标准化和检验检测存在的问题进行分析,并提出一些改进建议。希望通过标准化的深入推动和科学运用检验检测手段促进当地纺织行业的高质量发展。
As a major textile Province, Jiangsu has a large number of textile production enterprises. Under the guidance and support of the local market supervision department, through the establishment of the "Jiangsu boutique" international certification alliance, the internationally accepted third-party evaluation method is used to carry out certification activities for enterprises, issue "Jiangsu boutique" certificates to enterprises that meet the certification requirements, and authorize the use of certification marks to form a regional public brand image with certain influence. The problems existing in the standardization and inspection of textiles in the "Jiangsu boutique" certification project, are analyzed and some improvement suggestions is put forward. We hope to promote the high-quality development of the local textile industry through the in-depth promotion of standardization and the scientific use of inspection and testing means.
