摘要
起重机在当前工业生产中作为一种搬运物料的常用设备,依据相应的法律法规对其进行检验检测是保证安全生产的基本前提与必要保证。现有的起重机检验方法自动化程度低,测量误差较大。针对现有的这些检验检测工作中存在的问题,文中在总结大量现场工作的基础上,结合分析现有的检验检测手段的优缺点,提出一套基于激光测距仪的便携式型式试验检测装置。该测试装置具有装置轻便,易于携带,自动化程度高,可依据标准规定方法对起重机的起升速度,大小车运行速度,以及各机构运行过程中的电流、电压、功率、功率因数以及起升机构的能效进行自动测量。
Crane is a common equipment used for transporting materials in current industrial production.According to the corresponding laws and regulations,it is the basic prerequisite to ensure safety in production.The existing crane inspection method has low automation degree and large measurement error.Considering these problems in inspection and testing,a portable type test device based on laser rangefinder is put forward on the basis of summarizing a lot of field work and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing inspection and testing methods.The testing device has the characteristics of portability,portability and high degree of automation.It can automatically measure the lifting speed of cranes,the running speeds of carts and trolleys,and the current,voltage,power and power factor of each mechanism during operation,as well as the energy efficiency of the lifting mechanism.
