摘要
为进一步促进冒口工艺优化,针对传统方法在冒口优化设计中的不足,重点研究了铸钢件三维补缩路径的计算,阐明了铸钢件基于时间梯度的补缩路径计算方法。以平板铸件和模架件模型为例,验证了补缩路径计算的有效性以及适用性。
In order to further promote the riser process optimization, three-dimensional feed path calculation of steel casting was focused in view of deficiencies of traditional methods in the riser optimization design. The feed path computation method of steel casting based on time gradient was clarified, and two steel casting models were set as examples to verify the validity and applicability.
