赤泥基高水胶凝材料的力学性能探究 被引量:1

摘要 利用烧结法赤泥在碱激发下制备高水胶凝材料,并通过掺加矿粉对其力学性能进行改进.研究了碱性激发剂(水玻璃、熟石灰)和矿粉用量以及不同水灰比对其力学性能和干密度的影响.结果表明:增加水玻璃掺量可同时增加赤泥基高水胶凝材料的抗压强度和干密度;增加熟石灰掺量对干密度无明显影响,但对抗压强度的增加有抑制作用;增加矿粉掺量对干密度无明显影响,但对抗压强度的增加有促进作用.水灰比高达1.2时,赤泥基胶凝材料依然具有较高的力学性能. High water cementitious material was prepared by sintering red mud under alkali excitation,and its mechanical properties were modified by adding mineral powder.The effects of the amount of alkaline activator(sodium silicate,hydrated lime)and mineral powder and different water cement ratio on their mechanical properties and dry density were studied.The results show that increasing the content of sodium silicate can increase the compressive strength and dry density of red mud based high water cementitious materials at the same time;Increasing the content of hydrated lime has no obvious effect on dry density,but inhibits the growth of compressive strength;Increasing the content of mineral powder has no obvious effect on the dry density,but promotes the growth of compressive strength.At the same time,when the water cement ratio is as high as 1.2,the red mud based cementitious material still has high mechanical properties.
