摘要
为满足永磁同步电动机控制的教学和科研需要,利用dSPACE仿真系统的软、硬件环境设计一个永磁同步电动机控制半实物仿真系统。基于dSPACE硬件和永磁同步电动机及其驱动装置设计硬件系统;利用Simulink和ControlDesk软件平台设计半实物仿真软件系统;给出永磁同步电动机控制半实物仿真系统的工作流程;用传统的PI控制算法和滑模控制算法替换模型中转速调节器进行实验,验证了该半实物仿真系统的可行性和有效性。学生用自己设计的控制算法替换模型中的调节器便可以验证所设计的控制算法的合理性。此系统不仅给实验教学带来了极大的便利,也培养了学生的动手能力。
In order to meet the teaching and research needs of permanent magnet synchronous motor control,a semi-physical simulation system for permanent magnet synchronous motor control is designed based on the hardware and software environment of dSPACE system.The hardware system is designed based on dSPACE hardware,permanent magnet synchronous motor and its driving device.Secondly,the semi-physical simulation software system is designed using Simulink and ControlDesk software platform.Then,the application flow of PMSM control semi-physical simulation system is given.Finally,the traditional PI control algorithm and sliding mode control algorithm are used to replace the speed regulator in the model.The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the semi-physical simulation system.Students can easily verify the rationality of the designed control algorithm by replacing the regulator in the model with the control algorithm designed by themselves.This system not only brings great convenience to experimental teaching,but also cultivates students’practical ability.
