摘要
随着控制系统自动化与智能化的快速发展,用于开发控制系统的电子设备越来越多,任何电子控制设备,都需要电源供电。有些设备可能自带电源,但大多数设备,如可编程控制器(PLC)、温度传感器、压力传感器等,都需另外配用适宜的电源。开关电源是一个常见的选择,但开关电源的工作原理决定了它会产生高频的电磁辐射。本文以开关电源为研究对象,探究了开关电源置于有孔控制箱中的电磁兼容问题。选取了工程中常见的圆形孔阵、正方形孔阵和矩形孔阵来研究箱体开孔后的电磁兼容性问题,得出了圆形孔阵的电磁兼容性最好这一结论。为了验证理论的可靠性同时解决实际问题,本文使用了专业电磁场仿真软件(ANSOFT HFSS)进行仿真、分析,验证了控制箱散热孔阵应采用圆形孔阵这一结论。
With the rapid development of automation and intelligent technique,more and more electronic devices are used in practice. Every electronic control device needs a power supply,some devices may have their own power,but most of the equipment,such as programmable logic controller( PLC),temperature sensors,pressure sensors,et al, required an additional suitable power supply. The choice always is switching power supply,but it will bring highfrequency electromagnetic radiation. In this paper,a switching power supply has been chosen to study the EMC( electromagnetic compatibility) when it is located in the control box with apertures. Circular aperture arrays,square aperture arrays and rectangular aperture arrays have been chosen to study the EMC. This paper gets the conclusion that the EMC of circular aperture arrays is the best. In order to verify the reliability of the theory and solve the practical problems,the professional electromagnetic field simulation software( ANSOFT HFSS) is used to simulate and analyze in this paper. By the simulation analysis,it demonstrates that circular apertures array should be used on control box.
