摘要
电磁辐射是电磁场与电磁波教学中重要的环节.电磁辐射的教学涉及到偏微分方程和积分方程,对本科生而言较为抽象,难以理解其物理本质.提出了一种基于全波电磁仿真的可视化教学方案.半波电偶极子是结构最简单的一种天线,其特性及讨论方法简洁,对研究电磁辐射现象及天线理论与技术具有指导意义.提出的方案注重物理现象的观测与理解,以半波电偶极子为例,将可视化的仿真结果与解析式进行对比,帮助学生建立物理概念与数学解析式的联系,加深对物理本质的理解,是一种有效的教学方法.
Electromagnetic radiation is important during the teaching of electromagnetic fields and waves course.The partial differential equation and the integral equation are utilized to discuss the electromagnetic radiation,which is obscure for the undergraduate students to understand the nature of the physics.To solve the above problem,a virtual teaching method based on the full-wave electromagnetic simulator is proposed.A half-wavelength electric dipole is the simplest antenna.The property of the electric dipole is simple,which makes it give the guideline of studying the electromagnetic radiation and the antenna theory and technique.The proposed method focuses on the observation and understanding of the physics based on the half-wavelength electric dipole.The virtual results and the analytical ones are compared to help the student build the relationships between the physical concept and the mathematical analytical results,deepen understanding of the essence of physics,which proves to be an effective teaching method.
